Just want to reiterate that the easiest for me in #3 (View problems as challenges) huh!. For most of us it is the most difficult one. It may sound weird though. My outlook in life has been changed by the challenges I've been through. I am a positive person and always look at the bright side of life. In one way or another, those problems had molded me into a strong and determined individual.
It may sound ironic if I say that the most difficult for me at this time is # 7.5 (Play). Initially I thought it #4. But as I reflected on these habits deeply, I realized that playing is somewhat hard for me. I say "these days". Looking forward to make it the easiest one.
